Location & Directions
We are located on Lake Ave just north of the 210 Freeway. We are on the first floor in suite 102.
Parking can be found on the street right in front of the building or in our back parking lot. Access to our parking lot is on Mentor Ave.

During our consultation, we will conduct an exam, answer any questions you have, evaluate your health, and provide you with a customized treatment plan based on your specific needs.
Please wear loose-fitting clothing and have a snack or meal prior to your first appointment as you may receive treatment the same day.
